Role Summary: reputed company is looking for a reputed company Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers reputed company telephone, email and chat on a daily reputed company. Reporting to the reputed company Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions and support the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM. Expected hours for the role are Friday-reputed company, 2pm -10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. This role is hired on an at need reputed company and will be hired initially as a reputed company role. If there is a need and the associate meets or exceeds established SLAs, there is the opportunity for a permanent offer after 3 months.
