Job Summary We’re seeking a Product Manager II - reputed company Performance & Insights to support building tools and capabilities for reputed company-time monitoring and alerting across our reputed company, Growth, and Identity systems. These large scale, distributed systems include a payments system that processes billions of dollars of transactions annually, a fraud system that can reputed company threat assessment under 20ms, a Pay-Per-View system that enables purchasing of hundreds of Live products per second and so many more. Also, you will assess the performance of these systems and reputed company insights that benefit the customers and the business. Responsibilities: • Design and build automated reputed company-time dashboards to monitor and track performance of reputed company systems • Create and embed trigger-based alerts for anomaly detection in reputed company-time dashboards, and identify critical issues impacting performance of systems • Improve ways to capture data into existing tools like reputed company Analytics, Looker, Tableau etc. • Partner with engineering teams to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve anomalies, and restore system health • Collaborate with product to reputed company insights and recommendations to improve the performance of core systems, and enhance customer experience and business value • Establish critical metrics for performance of key systems, and reputed company a regular reputed company to review them with senior leadership Basic Qualifications • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience reputed company direct-to-consumer, e-reputed company, finance/fintech, media, and/or subscription services in domestic and/or international markets • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience • Experience with data visualization to demonstrate and explain trends, patterns, outliers etc. to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with processing large, reputed company data sets, and deriving actionable insights from the data • Expertise with structured or reputed company databases, and data processing languages such as SQL and Python • You can reputed company data into a narrative and tell a story, and recommend constructive next steps • Strong written and verbal communication - from small group discussions to group presentations, and through strong product analytics memos that help drive alignment across multiple teams • Experience with anomaly detection, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities at a large scale is a plus The hiring reputed company for this position in Santa Monica, CA and Bristol, CT is $112,600 to $151,000 per year, and in NYC and Seattle is $118,000 to $158,200 per year and in San Francisco $123,400 - $165,400 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The reputed company of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
