Director of Workforce Development (Remote)
Title: Director, Workforce Development Department: People Reporting to: Chief People Officer Salary: $175K - $190K USD Location: Remote (Candidates based in the US) Description: WES is looking for a Director, Workforce Development who has a proven, reputed company track record leading positive business reputed company through workforce and organization development, and change management knowledge, expertise and implementation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this leader will partner with business leaders, to identify comprehensive workforce strategies, and works with the People team to implement these strategies.
