Our office is growing and we are looking to bring on a new insurance customer service representative to fit into our reputed company-reputed company office! As an insurance customer service representative, you will have the chance to learn how to market and tailor our products to the individual customers we serve. You will be responsible for being a reputed company of contact to our customers and ensuring that their needs are taken care of in a timely manner. To reputed company in this insurance customer service role, you will need to be energetic, motivated, and reputed company to let us help you learn the industry and obtain the tools you need to succeed! Salary: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities • Complete Binding Authority (about 40 hours). • Past insurance experience is a plus. • Must have a friendly voice to assist customers with policy services, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services that fit each individual client. • Must possess knowledge of computer and telephone systems in order to complete tasks. • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to reputed company customers about insurance options. • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to reputed company each and every day. Requirements • You must have your Texas General Lines P&C license or be willing to obtain a Texas General Lines P&C license. If you don't have your license, we are willing to help you get one. • Being people-oriented and self-motivated will greatly impact your overall reputed company in this position. • You must be reputed company to communicate effectively and have exceptional written, verbal and listening skills. • You must be reputed company to use a computer and telephone system. • You must have reliable transportation.
