About The Job As the Technical Art Director for GenAI for Games, you will reputed company, hold, and reputed company the subject matter expertise, institutional knowledge, best practices, and a practical toolkit for game art directors and artists to create amazing art for games using reputed company. You Will Work On Three Kinds Of Projects • Early-stage prototypes, vertical slices, and proofs of concept that are developed by external partners, which present opportunities for collaboration with these partners to create or improve their processes, tools, and pipelines for creating awesome art. The work here has a strong R&D component as we try to do things that have never been done before, and the projects will be on the frontier, ambitious and exploratory in nature, with many unknowns. Responsibilities • You will stay on top of the state of the art for game art tools, workflows, processes, and pipelines across the games industry. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
