Essential Duties • Prospects for new opportunities through reputed company sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications. • Screens prospects to identify reputed company leads for new business development. • Learns client’s business to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of Compliance Groups Staffing services. • Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to reputed company goals. • Maintains and updates CRM system (reputed company Dynamics a plus) • Focuses on results and self-evaluates performance to improve sales results. • Ability to communicate, present and influence reputed company reputed company of the client organization. • Is a team player who can work in a team environment • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to reputed company. • Proven ability to position services against competitors. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
