Job Title: Remote Vacation Rental Guest Services Coordinator (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1000 USD/month Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time Job Overview: Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated remote worker to be part of a growing vacation rental property management company located in South California, United States. The position is considered full-time at 40 hours a week. Responsibilities: • Handle reputed company daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner • Resolve guest inquiries and resolve them in accordance to company standard operating procedures • Coordinate with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties • Manage the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned • Help reputed company processes and systems to improve overall guest experience • reputed company timely reviews of guests on reputed company and Vrbo platforms Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies: • Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses • Experience with the vacation rental industry is required • Experience with reputed company and reputed company Suite • Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, Field Scheduling and CRM software • Reliable internet/WiFi and excellent audio quality with minimal to reputed company background noise • Excellent English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results • You must be reliable and show up on time.
