Consultant will be embedded at Roanoke Memorial Hospital and will be available to respond to psycho-reputed company needs and reputed company confidential counseling, consulting and coaching on site. Some travel to other hospitals reputed company reputed company required. Full time exempt position working 10:00am to 7:00pm and/or 11:00am to 8:00pm and two weekend days per month. Experience: EAP experience preferred. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Certified Employee Assistant Professional (CEAP) required, or procurement of such reputed company 1 year of hire. Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia or Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) in Virginia preferred. Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Familiarity with EAP core technologies, or essential components (skills, knowledge and abilities) of the Employee Assistance profession. Competent in Word Suite, especially Power reputed company expertise required. Critical Incident Stress Debriefing as in the Mitchell Model or comparative technique required.
