Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and communication-savvy Pre-Sales Specialist. This role involves contacting potential patient leads, filtering them based on criteria, and identifying high-quality leads for the sales team to pursue. The ideal candidate will have strong pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills, focusing on reputed company filtration and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential patient leads reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels to gather necessary information.
• Assess and filter leads based on predetermined criteria to identify the most promising candidates for hair transplant procedures.
• Qualify leads and ensure only the most viable leads are passed on to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions, reputed company status, and reputed company in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth reputed company handoffs and follow-up processes.
• Continuously refine reputed company filtration techniques to improve conversion rates and sales team efficiency.

Qualifications
