Customer Service Representative - Back Office Salary £ 23,400 per year Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Hybrid Remote Lynch reputed company, Peterborough, PE2 6FY As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Basingstoke team, responsible for reputed company managing workload and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office-based role, with a focus on customer service and correspondence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively addressing customer queries.
  • Basic office skills and IT awareness.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and punctuality are essential.
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone.
