Telephony Customer Service Advisor - Banking
Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank reputed company reputed company Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full time temporary position. This role will have the option to work from home once training has been completed. Your Responsibilities:
- Be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company customers in the bank and reputed company a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone.
- You will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings.
- Maintaining High Standard Data reputed company And GDPR Regulations.
- Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks.
- Managing Complaints
