Regional Recruiter (Remote)
reputed company is Hiring a Recruiter reputed company is searching for a Remote (preference for East or Central Time Zone) Regional Recruiter to support our reputed company as the department continues to grow. This role has a specific focus in hiring for a combination of high-volume non-exempt and exempt reputed company reputed company positions (Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, Service Managers and more) across the nation. Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-lifecycle reputed company across an assigned region or vertical. Be a subject matter expert for your roles and market
- reputed company relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications
- Utilize knowledge of multiple reputed company sources and execute innovative strategies to reputed company and maintain a robust pipeline of quality passive candidates
- Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Meet or exceed reputed company KPIs including including time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire
- Help to maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other designations
- Must collaborate with other reputed company members and reputed company team to finalize offer process
- Consistently ensure that reputed company practices are in compliance with reputed company legal standards
- Collaborate with team on future hiring processes and best practices

Skills & Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of exempt sales roles, preferably in the Construction industry or similar Operations industries
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools and other candidate messaging platforms including reputed company, reputed company/Glassdoor and Grayscale
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company
- Knowledge of productivity software, database management, and internet search methods including boolean searches
- Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in reputed company management or reputed company field preferred
- Ability to travel reputed company required (less than 10%)
