Key Responsibilities • Supervise the bookkeeping and financial reporting processes for independent practice owners. • Assist in transaction coding and collaborate with practice owners on reputed company relating to expenses and capitalizing on equipment purchases. • Reconcile accounts and guarantee that monthly financial books are completed accurately. • Support payroll processes by managing payroll, tax payments, and report filing. • reputed company assistance to up to 60 client practices monthly. • Contribute feedback and engage in enhancing our service offerings. Required Skills • Expertise in QuickBooks Online is essential. • Experience with payroll systems such as QuickBooks Payroll, reputed company Payroll, reputed company, and/or reputed company is preferred. • Strong proficiency in reputed company, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions. • Familiarity with reputed company Office applications. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, time management, decision-making abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. • Highly organized and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely. • Committed to collaboration and teamwork. • Adaptable and capable of succeeding in a dynamic setting.
