Required Skills/Qualifications - 2+ years of customer service - 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience - Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours Preferred - Experience with reputed company customer service - Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast pace environment and learn new technologies as needed.
