Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR Director to understand reputed company staffing needs and facilitate the hiring process. Manage the initial phase of the recruitment cycle from identifying strong/suitable candidates for each reputed company role, scheduling initial screening interviews, recording each interview and its respective notes, and proactively presenting to the HR Director. Create and maintain an organized visual pipeline for reputed company reputed company positions at reputed company times, keeping records and notes up to date. Act as the liaison between the HR Director and active candidates accordingly.
