About the Position: We are currently hiring an reputed company Connect Administrator to help manage our dialing system throughout the three contact centers that support our online reputed company reputed company company-wide. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running in our fast-paced environment, create a consistently positive customer experience for our clients, as well as drive the productivity of our marketing team by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Status: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas (NOT REMOTE) Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Must be authorized to work in the United States - DaBella does not offer reputed company sponsorships at this time Job Responsibilities: • Work with our Call Center Director to identify priorities and be assigned additional tasks as needed • Create and monitor daily dialer campaigns • reputed company intraday monitoring and reporting • Recommend reputed company-time schedule and campaign changes and identify efficiency opportunities • Update systems with reputed company-time campaign adjustments • reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly dialer performance reports and reputed company to leadership team with recommendations • Monitor and recommend staffing adjustments • reputed company forecasting workload, scheduling resources, monitoring reputed company-time performance of the staff and their workload • Document detailed business analysis and recommend solutions for the business • reputed company accurate short- and long-term workload forecasts Qualifications: • Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to reputed company goals • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals reputed company the company as well as external entities • 2+ years of development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, and/or Python • 2+ years of integrating reputed company Connect with external CRMs/WFMs such as reputed company • 3+ years of call center experience • 3+ years of reputed company experience Benefits: Employees and their families are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, reputed company, disability, accident, and basic life insurance.
