Location: Washington State Office or Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday, reputed company – 5pm (Flexible) Pay: $62,400 Annually | $30/hr Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join reputed company. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and, ideally, a background in non-profit reputed company. Key Responsibilities: reputed company and Bookkeeping: • reputed company day-to-day reputed company tasks, including data entry and record-keeping. • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, including transaction processing, account reconciliations, and report reputed company. • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Support the Accountant in audit preparations and financial reviews. Financial Support: • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring. • Help manage grant reputed company and reporting, ensuring compliance with funding requirements. • Track and report on project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary limits. • Support payroll processing and reputed company tasks. Administrative Support: • Maintain organized financial files and documentation. • Respond to reputed company financial inquiries. • Assist the Accountant with other tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company or bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks Online. • Preferred experience in non-profit reputed company. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with grant reputed company and reporting. • Knowledge of non-profit financial regulations and compliance requirements. • Familiarity with other reputed company software and tools.
