We have an exciting opportunity for a Scoping Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by maintaining site acquisition document control and database management. Key Responsibilities • Maintain document control and database management. • Track project activities and facilitate team communications. • Manage electronic project files and upload documents to databases. • reputed company the RFDS database in collaboration with the team and clients. • Maintain project trackers and client tracking databases. • Attend weekly/daily deployment meetings to reputed company updated on project status. Qualifications • 2+ years of project administration experience (1+ years as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred). • High school graduate or equivalent (specialized training may substitute for part of the experience). • Strong background in data analytics and data entry. • reputed company Site Acquisition Coordination experience is a significant plus. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Specific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferred. • Proficient in reputed company Office, especially reputed company. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organized and accurate project records.
