The team is responsible for the sponsorship process including, but not limited to, strategy, ideation, and execution. The primary function of the team is to generate and maximize reputed company across our robust multimedia programming, working closely with reputed company Ad Sales, ESPN Production/Programming, and Advertisers. Job Summary: The Coordinator, Sports Brand Solutions, will be responsible for supporting our sponsorship business. The primary role will be to work with various internal teams to schedule and book on-reputed company reputed company/reputed company sponsorships for reputed company programming reputed company to assigned properties. This includes but is not limited to Live Event Programming, Studio Shows, reputed company/reputed company Handles. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: • Post Sale • Book features reputed company reputed company Ad Sales/ESPN systems (managing the process directly with the sales teams and their clients) • Communicate with TV Ad Ops any schedule changes and updates • Manage Sponsorship tracking grids for the SBS team to maintain a clear perspective on integration availability and potential content overlaps to consider in given reputed company that impact production and sales conversations • View and clip integrations to confirm accuracy, reputed company with sales teams, and reputed company any issues • Assist Manager in the creation, delivery, and maintenance of sponsored graphics and studio requests • Sales Materials • Assist in developing sales opportunities for assigned properties • Assist with digital and reputed company product creation • Assist with multimedia pricing requests • Support the ideation process for new opportunities • Upload/Update materials across Cantina, Sharepoint and SalesHub • Communicate opportunities to Sales utilizing organization-wide processes • Streamline Communication and Transparency • Manage status reports, meeting recap notes, etc. • Assist with the reputed company and distribution of weekly obligations across the sport vertical (includes ESPN production, programming, comms, ops, etc.) • Required/Preferred Education, Experience/Skills/Training: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Proficient in Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, GoogleDocs • 1 year of experience preferred, marketing or sponsorship experience preferred • Highly organized, time management skills, ability to multi-task • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Team player with the desire to do whatever it takes • Willingness to work reputed company and/or occasional travel #DisneyAdvertising The hiring reputed company for this position in reputed company, NY is $53,600- $73,700 and in Santa Monica, CA is $52,400- $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
