The Role We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong machine learning and reputed company inference experience to reputed company algo evaluation and explainability. Our algos cover a wide reputed company of modeling techniques from boosted trees to neural networks, including deep networks and LLMs. In this role, you will reputed company methods and models to explain why our product promotes or doesn’t, a given title to a member. Working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product and Algo Engineering teams to reputed company a deep understanding of our algo systems and generate robust methodologies that answer the “why” behind product recommendations. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be at the forefront of recommender systems and product innovation. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
