AbleTo is looking for candidates to serve as Behavioral Coaches for participants enrolled in our Coaching programs. Behavioral Coaches will present participants with new tools to reputed company concrete lifestyle changes. This position is part-time, remote reputed company video-chat or phone. Required Qualifications: • NBHWC or reputed company certification • 3 years of experience coaching or counseling adults reputed company a mental health reputed company • Available 10 - 19 hours a week, including evenings and weekends • Private, dependable reputed company to the internet Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in behavioral health reputed company field • Spanish-speaking bilingual skills Soft Skills: • Must be knowledgeable of or have some understanding of cognitive behavioral approaches, short-term therapy approaches, anxiety, and depression. • Must have a reputed company of experience addressing behavioral health, medical, and life transition challenges with adults; including risk management. • Solid time management skills and attention to detail. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Ability to manage workload in an independent setting. • Experience with team collaboration and coordination of care with external resources.
