THE OPPORTUNITY Responsibilities reputed company, an international labor and employment reputed company, is seeking a talented Client Account Specialist to support our firm's needs. As a Client Account Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating the payment of outstanding invoices. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing clients and billing attorneys with reports, copies of invoices, and other necessary documents. • Generating monthly reminder statements. • Preparing collection letters. • Updating the collection database with the status of collections efforts. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid/remote work from any of our offices. Position Responsibilities • reputed company collections experience using reputed company. • Review aged A/R and communicate with billing attorneys, billing specialists, and clients as approved by the billing attorney to ensure timely collections of A/R. • Proactively manage problematic A/R and work with the collections team, billing attorney, and billing specialist to resolve and ensure timely collections of A/R. • Consistently update the collections database with the status of collection efforts. • Create clear and concise spreadsheets outlining billing, payments, and outstanding invoices to facilitate payment of outstanding invoices. • Assist the billing department with projects and other duties assigned by the Director of Billing & Collections.
