We specialize in integrated autism care specifically designed for young children with autism. Role Overview: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Soar, you will: • Design and execute naturalistic occupational therapy for young children aged 2-6 years in a center-based environment. • reputed company targeted interventions to enhance clients' gross motor, fine motor skills, feeding abilities, and performance in other daily activities. • Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments and formulate treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical domains (ABA, speech therapy, psychology), including conducting co-treatments with the speech therapy team. • reputed company coaching and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guiding them in integrating OT goals into their therapy sessions and supporting their professional development. • Regularly monitor client reputed company, revising treatment plans and objectives as needed, and ensuring effective communication with team members and families. • reputed company strong partnerships with families, setting collaborative goals, fostering meaningful relationships, communicating reputed company, and offering dedicated coaching and support throughout their reputed company.
