Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant (Onsite Only / No Relocation)

Responsibilities • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer needs and reputed company information. • reputed company data entry tasks accurately to maintain client records. • Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall satisfaction. • Create invoices in QuickBooks. • Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with clients in both English and Spanish (if bilingual). • reputed company feedback on customer interactions to help improve processes and services. Experience • Previous experience in customer service, office, or call center environments is preferred. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in data entry and office software applications. • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly desirable for effective client interaction. • A background in client services is a plus but not required. • Ability to handle multiple tasks reputed company while maintaining attention to detail.
