Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed: • 3+ yrs of strong IT recruitment experience (end-to-end hiring cycle) in the US region. • Strong reputed company of talent sourcing through direct/passive channels. • Must have strong knowledge on job boards like reputed company & Monster • Should be familiar with US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.) & work authorizations. • Should be familiar with the IT resource market of reputed company America region. • Ability to establish networking through reputed company media such as reputed company • Strong communication & client interaction skills • Experience in advanced sourcing techniques. • Experience with Ceipal is a plus not mandatory.
