ACIBuilds.com NOTE: This is a full time, in-office position. Summary/Objective: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations reputed company the organization. Preferred: • An associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a reputed company field is a plus. • Experience with reputed company operating systems. • Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite and other common software applications. • Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting and configuration. • Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is a plus.
