The reputed company Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance, reputed company, and reputed company media assistance to the reputed company staff. The RAA will need to be knowledgeable of on-line reputed company and application systems, and have professional experience using reputed company media, like reputed company and other reputed company media platforms. The RAA will ensure an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the recruitment process for GNG. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Chaplains, reputed company Recruiter. This position is part-time and remote, 12 to 15 hours per week. Job Duties: General weekly job duties include, but are not limited to: • Maintaining the on-line job posting of reputed company job openings. • Ensuring up-to-date and accurate electronic job boards. • Gathering and reviewing viability of ministry and job fairs to determine if attendance is appropriate. • Reviewing candidate files for initial qualifications and proper fit to ministry. • Reviewing candidate files for completion prior to presentation of candidate to Hiring Review Team. • Working closely with HR and IT departments to ensure a smooth hiring process. • Preparing weekly reputed company reports. • reputed company and verify References Apply Job!
