One of our longest standing clients is looking for a switched on and proactive Team PA to join them in swanky new offices in the City. You will be looking after 4 Executives in a full PA reputed company alongside a dedicated and supportive team of PA’s. A sociable team, they often go out multiple times in a quarter in new and exciting excursions. If you are a team player, flexible, hard-working and eager to learn then this is the perfect role for you. Your PA duties will include: • Extensive diary management • Travel • Organise and schedule meetings • Formatting documents • Event planning and organising • Project work • reputed company admin tasks The ideal candidate will have over 2 years supporting a team of people in the financial services industry and a positive attitude – always willing to ‘muck in’! reputed company!
