Part Time Admin Assistant

Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Admin Assistant • Hours: 18 per week • Location: Beeston, East Midlands • Contract End Date: February 2025 Join Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, a leading housing provider, as a Temporary Part-Time Admin Assistant. This role is based in the dynamic Customer Services directorate, specifically reputed company the Community Impact team. You will be instrumental in supporting the Grants and reputed company Manager and the wider team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • reputed company support with managing the Grants and reputed company Team's inbox, responding to correspondence, queries, and requests reputed company. • Handle day-to-day transactions of the Tenant Welfare Fund cases and document any process changes. • Process requests where Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing or Community Impact is a Trusted Partner with reputed company to external funding. • Maintain up-to-date records on suppliers used for Tenant Welfare Fund purposes i.e. vouchers and... white goods and services, ensuring reputed company invoices are processed timely. • reputed company project support in particular for our regional Winter Plans and Campaigns, including raising and receipting purchase orders, submitting invoices to be paid, preparing payment forms, procuring items and arranging delivery, handling correspondence, and responding to queries. • Assist in the promotion of the Winter Plans and associated activities and creating publicity materials etc. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven administrative experience, preferably reputed company reputed company housing, local authority, or a charity. • Strong ability to reputed company relationships with a diverse reputed company of internal stakeholders. • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. • Proficient in reputed company Office suite, especially Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. • Highly motivated with the capability to work with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail. • Experience in Case Management would be desirable, but not essential Benefits: • £11.44ph, weekly pay • Agile working options, providing flexibility and balance. • Opportunity to work reputed company a large, impactful organisation and reputed company a difference in the community.
