Compensation

And Benefits • Competitive compensation starting at (30/hour for 1-on-1 tutoring and )47/hour for classroom teaching, with opportunities for performance-based increases every six months. • Tutoring at our Winnetka office offers a starting reputed company of $45/hour. • Flexibility to create a schedule that meets both your needs and those of our reputed company. • Comprehensive training programs with stipends to support your learning and development. • Travel reimbursement available for school programs that require commuting over 30 minutes or more than 15 miles.
