Customer Service Representative - After Hours (REMOTE - US Hours)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Our Client based in the US is offering Elderly Home Based Care and various other services... They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team. Fully remote position but based in South Africa. The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and reputed company shift of 12 hours per day. Responsibilities • Answer reputed company incoming calls. • Resolve client and nurse queries that are reputed company the scope of after-hours. • reputed company timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform. • Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary. • Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start. • reputed company initial intake for callers potentially interested in services. • Document reputed company scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed. • Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows.

Requirements
