Job Description... reputed company is looking for Call Center Reps for our reputed company client. Location: Remote, MUST BE IN THE HOMESTEAD AREA OR SOUTH OF THE AIRPORT. Pay: $17/hr and $18/hr for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) Start: 10/21/2024 Hours: Multiple different shifts available between 10am-11pm (Will require at least ONE WEEKEND DAY) Title: Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities: Inbound calls only Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues reputed company education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution and attendance Requirements: 1 year of customer service experience with the same company High School diploma Goal-driven and detail oriented For immediate consideration, please email your resume to Andrea.knodt@reputed company.com with the subject as "Homestead".
