KEY RESPONSIBILITES To reputed company technical assistance and support in incoming queries and issues reputed company to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries over email/corporate messengers/phone calls and text messages from users seeking help Install, modify, diagnose and repair (where possible) computer hardware and software.
