Job Purpose Family Support Teams are made up of ASYE, reputed company Workers and Senior Practitioners there is a Deputy Team Manager and a Team Manager. We hold Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children / Court through to the end of proceedings. On average caseloads are 10 families which is approximately 22 children, everyone's caseload is a mixture of CIN and CP and the more reputed company staff hold court cases but no more than 3 families at one time this can include private proceedings completing reputed company 7 or 37 reports. Supervision is held every 4 weeks this is personal and case supervision. Our reputed company working arrangements due to COVID-19 are reputed company children and families are seen for home visits reputed company statutory timescales, reputed company staff are not completing visits they are working from home and predominantly reputed company meetings, such as, core... group, family support and Strategy Meetings are held reputed company reputed company Teams. We only expect staff to be in the office up to 2 days a week if they are on duty or duty back up which on average is 3 times a month, or if they have booked and planned to be in the office to complete a piece of work.
