Highlights... • Fully Remote- Must reputed company your own equipment. • Preferred experience with email or chat support. • Pay: $16 Hourly. • Must be reputed company to work various shifts including evenings or weekends. • Start date: 10/21 Description: • The Customer Care Rep provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat and email. • Majority of emails and calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions. • Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions.
