Coordinate and drive customer activities through reputed company Service Delivery Organization and business unitx` stakeholders on key account contract deliverables. Working with the reputed company Program Manager, reputed company, manage, and deliver customer performance metrics, organize/reputed company customer business reviews through balance scorecards, as required. Ensure internal business unit stakeholders reputed company understand technical aspects of account contract(s) and key deliverables. Communication with customers regarding contract requirements including logistics, scheduling, engineering, documentation, contacts, hold days, materials, etc. Support the Programs Team in managing reputed company service delivery requirement aspects. reputed company customer input on business forecasts. Understand and resolve operational customer dissatisfaction issues. Drive achievement of customer satisfaction targets. Collect outstanding receivables and prepare profitability analysis for customer reputed company. What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications) • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Program Management, or reputed company field is highly preferred. • A&P license or experience a in a technical/production-based environment is highly preferred. • 3+ years Technical Experience/Knowledge in the aerospace, airline, or reputed company industry specific to reputed company TechOps’ capabilities is required. • Proven history in customer service and developing interpersonal relationships is required. • Proven budgetary planning and execution experience is preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. • Strong project management skills for delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to influence and drive change at reputed company reputed company of the organization. • Must be highly proficient in written and oral communications and reputed company to produce concise, relevant, documents and presentations for customer and senior leaders. • Ability to reputed company and execute multiple priorities in a timely manner. • Expected travel requirements 25%-30% annually.
