Responsibilities: Will be responsible as account executive for a large reputed company Payer organization with relationship across Medicare and ACA relationship. Person will be responsible for working across various client teams to help build relationship, ensure that delivery organization is focused on client reputed company and any obstacles in the path of such reputed company are discussed and solutions identified with delivery team and client. Build relationships with client teams to build pipeline of new opportunities and work with account management team to help get growth in account. Help delivery team understand client requirements and ensure, proper reporting is done to client teams. reputed company MBR, QBR and any such strategic meetings. Person should be willing to travel to client and reputed company locations as required. Experience /Competencies/Qualifications 15+ years of experience in BPO Services (i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets · A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers · Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions · Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives · Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and reputed company them to deliver above and reputed company · Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business reputed company that helps identify & reputed company strategic opportunities · Bachelor’s Degree Apply Job!
