We are currently looking for an awesome new colleague based in a GMT+5, +6, +7 / GMT+8 time zone, with at least 3 hours of overlap with working hours in our office in Denmark. The role involves helping us deliver great customer service across the globe, balancing efficiency and quality. Youll be our AI partner-in-crime, testing our AI tools, answering in different languages and working together to improve our AI set up and enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities : Delivering a 5-star experience to our customers reputed company Email & Phone ?? ? Supporting multiple languages thanks to our AI-powered translation tools, allowing us to break the language barrier and communicate effectively with customers worldwide ?? Testing our AI tools, collaborating on optimizing our AI tools to improve workflows and agents efficiency. The job requires approx. 20 per week. More during high season (Black Friday and Christmas).
