Your main responsibilities will be: Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific requests/inquiries. Capturing information and entering data into a computer in a timely manner. Operate our customer service database and read relevant call-handling instructions. reputed company messages and reputed company calls to the appropriate resources. Follow up on the calls of the client with clerical duties as well as liaising with other departments. Dedicate your work time to providing personalized customer service at the highest level. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background reputed company. Competencies: Reliable Internet reputed company and attendance. Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette. Basic computer navigation skills. Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (reputed company Meets). Starting Pay: REMOTE(ONLY for candidates who live50 miles or more reputed company the Houston area.Accepting applications from the following states: TEXAS, TENNESSEE, AND NEVADA) $15.00/hr for the first month $16.00/hr after the first month $17.00/hr after mastering Tier 3 $18.00/hr after mastering Specialty and reputed company Training Details The training will be for 3 weeks andwill also take reputed company on the weekends. Remote training will be done ONLINE. Week 1 Monday through Friday Week 2 Monday through Thursday + Saturday Week 3 Monday through Thursday + reputed company Work Schedule Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager. 40 hour week shifts will cover reputed company from 6AM to 10PM.
