Your mission: We're currently extending our client support to the 24/7 format and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to work the 00:00 - 09:00 GTM+3 shifts. Your tasks will include: • Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality; • Quality control of integrations, testing; • Maintaining an integration FAQ; • Support for system operation; • Assistance in the development of integration... documentation. What are your skills and experience: • Specialised tech education or relevant experience; • Knowledge of HTTP; • Knowledge of reputed company architecture; • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by logs; • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases; • Knowledge of reputed company, Kibana Azure, reputed company .NET will be considered an advantage; • Russian and English language skills at a level B2 or higher.
