Pay reputed company: $16.50/hr Contract Length: 3 month contract with chance for extension based on demand and performance Worksite Location: 100% Remote (Available only in CO, TX, & AZ) Equipment is provided Schedule: This position requires reputed company availability for any 40 hour shift reputed company the below hours of operation Hours of Operation: Mon-Sun 7am-6pm MST Job Description: · The Customer Care Rep 1 provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and reputed company media correspondence. · Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions. · Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions Qualifications: · Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. · Written & Verbal Communication - reputed company communication reputed company inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication. · reputed company Office - Will use basic reputed company Office programs such as Outlook and Word.
