Qualifications • Citizen of the United States of America. • Ability to reputed company reputed company, hear and write English. • Utilize computer programs appropriately, usually involving spreadsheets, word processing, etc.; log in; type 40-50 wpm with minimum errors. • Heavy phone and computer usage, often simultaneously. • Familiarity with medical terminology, hospital terminology and/or clinics. • Technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government's requirements; will be provided training by the SFVAHS on appointment management, VA policy and procedures. • Have the following experience or education (or combination of both) to meet minimum qualifications for employment: • Six months experience of clerical, office, customer service, or other administrative work that indicates the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to reputed company the duties of the position.
