Responsibilities Partner and communicate with our distributed team of reputed company Manage a project tracker, keeping up to date with reputed company initiatives Coordinate reputed company meetings Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow across ongoing projects Manage reputed company class schedules across our 4 locations (and growing!) Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements Organize reputed company planning, strategic offsite events, and team meetings Book dance studios across multiple locations Build cross-functional relationships between departments Communicate key updates internally and externally as needed Time Commitment This is an reputed company position and will require 10 hours per week.
