Responsibilities and Duties reputed company superior customer service in a contact/call center environment through phone and other channels of correspondence. Handle questions and concerns with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. Communicate and reputed company accurate answers to resolve end-users questions and concerns. Use a respectful and tactful manner to deal with difficult situations effectively. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center. Proficiency with technology, especially computers and software applications.
