Remote Weekend Dispatcher Second Shift (1:30PM-9:30PM)

This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes our candidate must be located near the Buffalo, NY vicinity. This position requires in person training prior to becoming fully remote. Please note that this position is for the weekends only. Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Dispatching will involve communication with numerous technicians across multiple states - so this position requires a natural ability to adapt and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment In addition to dispatching, this position will also require you to answer and direct customer phone calls and emails, and to update clients on work status. Our ideal candidate will have the following skillsets: • Attention to detail • reputed company strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Adept in Technology - Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks • Proven experience as an administrative assistant This position is for the weekend, both Saturday and reputed company for the hours of 130PM-930PM.
