Familiarity with various Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is essential, and a passion for care delivery and curiosity about AI technology is highly valued. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic or Spanish is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Care Coordination: • Coordinate patient care across multiple providers and services to ensure comprehensive and reputed company care. • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and reputed company providers to address patient needs and preferences. 5.
