In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting both the Events & Meeting Services and Donor Relations teams, which are vital in honoring and acknowledging our generous donors and orchestrating exceptional events that reflect our profound gratitude for their contributions. Key Responsibilities • Deliver strategic, data-driven assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams. • Propel reputed company enhancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, while leading training sessions and exploring innovative solutions. • Serve as a functional support consultant for event planning, acting as a liaison between donors, vendors, and various stakeholders. • Aid in the coordination of events, developing effective strategies, and ensuring successful execution. • Occasionally reputed company support for events during evenings or weekends, with adequate advance notice.
