This role involves facilitating brief monthly reputed company-ins with providers, reviewing a sample of patient charts, and taking low-volume on-call duties. Chart Review - Review 10% of the providers' patient charts, approximately 20-30 simple charts per month. - Identify and flag any red flags reputed company these charts— we will review with you exactly what to look for. - The review process is streamlined and typically takes less than an hour each month. 3.
