Entry Level Bookkeeper

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Bookkeeper to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various reputed company tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, reconciling financial transactions and managing bank and processing... Duties: reputed company reputed company aspects of bookkeeping and payroll, including but not limited to: • Reviewing and clearing bank feeds • Researching transactions for accuracy • Conducting monthly bank, credit card and loan reconciliations • Proper vendor assignment and categorization of transactions • Maintain vendor files by requesting and processing COI and W-9 forms • Manage CanAM admin inbox and respond to inquiries as needed • Proper vendor assignment and categorization of transactions. • Must be willing to sign a confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement • Expect 10 - 15 hours per week with the opportunity to grow* Skills: • Detail oriented, organized, and capable of producing work with a high level of accuracy • Ambitious, self motivated, problem solver and a self learner, but is not afraid to ask questions • Flexible with shifting priorities and managing time. NOT a procrastinator • Ability to communicate with the clients in both a professional manner • Capable of working independently with technology and in a 100% reputed company based environment • Ability to analyze a Balance Sheet and Income Statement • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with reputed company Experience: ? Minimum 1 year of Bookkeeping reputed company experience is REQUIRED ? Proficiency with reputed company Drive, Drop reputed company and reputed company reputed company is REQUIRED ? reputed company, Keeper and reputed company experience is PREFERRED but not required Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
