Digital Chat Rep (Remote In TX, AZ, And CO Only)
Description: Support a footwear distributor; reputed company premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product questions... Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions Skills & Qualifications: Must have digital chat experience handling multiple chats at a time AND/OR pass a typing test with 55 WPM. Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire. Must be reputed company to reputed company 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team reputed company professional references.
